Delivery

We offer a flat rate delivery of £6.99 per order for any of our Dog food, Cat food or pet treats. Variety is the spice of life, so why not order a mixture of flavours and treats!

Using our recycled delivery boxes and environmentally friendly insulation liners (that have lots of handy uses) ensures that your meals arrive nicely frozen and ready for you to pop into your freezer for keeping or fridge for thawing.

We aim to deliver 2-5 working days after you have placed your order.

Your delivery doesn’t need to be signed for and will be placed at your door or as per your delivery instructions.

We recommend that you try and keep a week’s worth of meals for your furry loved one when placing your next order just in case it takes us a little longer than usual in preparing your next set of tasty meals. In the unlikely event we don’t have all your requested meals in stock, we may need to substitute a meal variety. But don’t worry we will contact you to check to see if that’s okay first!

Returns

Here at RaaW we are committed to providing tasty and nutritious meals that will have your furry loved ones barking and meowing for more. If you are unhappy with one of our meals please do get in touch (ideally within 7 days if you can) and we will be more than happy to assist with your query. Simply email us; info@raawpetfoods.com including as much info as possible such as product name and batch number so that we can fully investigate your query.

Our Packaging

Like our lovely ethical and sustainable sourcing of ingredients for our yummy RaaW meals, which are packed and delivered using recycled cardboard and kept extra cold using recycled denim jeans off cuts,  which is recyclable, and compostable. It’s also great for protecting plants against frost, lining hanging baskets and keeping your pets nice and cosy. Our gel ice packs are also fully recyclable and completely reusable.
